A couple of things to remember before visiting the studio;

We can’t wait to meet you… we think you’re going to love it here!
All classes are to be pre-booked and paid for online through our booking app. We are a cashless studio.  
All classes that are cancelled within the 24 hours leading up to class will be charged the full cost of the class.
All classes are 50 minutes long in duration and the studio door will be locked during each class. 
Please arrive 5 minutes before your class. This will ensure we begin the class on time!
Please wear comfortable clothing that is non-restrictive, as well as pilates socks with grips on the soles.
Please leave personal items either at home or in your car. There are hooks in the studio for jackets and purses.
