With a solid foundation in both athletic training and Pilates, I’m equipped to offer you a dynamic range of sessions—from high-intensity workouts to gentle rehabilitation and everything in between. No matter your fitness level, I promise you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more aligned, and with a deeper understanding of your body’s capabilities.

Daily movement has always been my anchor. After teaching various styles of yoga for over three years, adding Pilates felt like a natural evolution, another way for students to explore movement. I’m so passionate about creating classes that feel welcoming to all, where we start by building a foundation of mind, body, breath connection and then creating space to find your flow or add a little spice. My goal is to help you move in ways that feel intentional, energizing and bring a sense of play back into your practice
